Eric gets 5 stars easily. He was essential in our relocation from California. We’d never been to Colorado before so we had to totally rely on his knowledge of the area from Erie to Colorado Springs. I called him a lot and he always took my call or called me right back, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He even helped us understand the sub climates so we weren’t surprised by the weather. Not only did we find the perfect home, he negotiated the price and even recommended the right professionals to get our home ready to move in.
