Direction From Leadville, take county highway 24 south to the county road 7 (about 9 miles). Take a left on county road 7 to county road 52 (Dry Union Gulch). You'll know you are at the right place when you come upon a gate to the road - open and shut it behind you. Take county road 52 for approximately 4.2 miles to a turn off (on the right) to a dirt \"jeep road\". Follow the road - its bumpy with lots of rocks - to the southern part of the property.
